A dedicated Puhuri portal is a web-based platform that is designed and developed specifically for a particular organization, group, or community.

The portal can be customized (incl custom url, email, service desk, terms of service and privacy policy documents) to meet the specific needs of the organization with branding, content, and access controls tailored to the organization's requirements. These portals can include features as well, which are not available in shared portal. It can be compared to the national allocation portals. Dedicated portals can also be hosted at owning organization's data centre.
